Scammers are already trying to target Oasis fans as they attempt to flog fake pre-sale access codes
Oasis fans have become the target of scammers as they flog pre-sale access codes - which come with a huge catch.
Fans are eagerly awaiting their pre-sale access to arrive in their email inbox after signing up for the ballot. However scammers are trying to sell pre-sale codes to fans - despite none of them even being sent out yet. Pre-access codes are also linked to just one persons emails - so if a fan ‘buys’ it and then buys a ticket, the scammer will get it sent to their account.
Liam and Noel Gallagher stunned their fans this week by announcing their long standing feud had finally come to an end. The famous brothers are ready to reunite and join the stage together for the first time since 2009. They will perform 17 dates across the UK and Ireland next year as they kick off their comeback.

Many fans have expressed their concern as they haven't received their pre-sale confirmation emails yet. Oasis previously revealed they were having issues sending out the emails due to 'unprecedented demand'.
In a message to fans, they said: "Due to a last minute surge in pre-sale ballot entries, a number of confirmation emails are still being processed and sent out. The deadline to confirm your entry has now been extended to 10am BST tomorrow morning (Friday 30th August). If successful in the ballot, you will be contacted tomorrow by 5pm BST with pre-sale access information. Thank you for your patience."
Thousands of fans have been left unsure if they have even signed up to the pre-sale as they wait for confirmation emails. One fan took to X to ask for clarity as they were confused by an email they had received. It read: "You are confirmed! Ballot winners will be contacted no later than 5pm BST, this Friday 30th August." The fan asked: "They changed it to 5pm today? Mate just got his confirmation this morning."
Many expected pre-sale to start on Friday morning while fans are also yet to receive the pre-sale code or a time for when it will be. Meanwhile, fans were left horrified on Thursday when the ticket prices were revealed.
