What are the parking options at Arthur Ashe Stadium?
IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION for the US Open: TRAFFIC ALERT! PLEASE USE MASS TRANSIT! The USTA strongly recommends using public transportation throughout the US Open Event. Limited Public Parking is available at Citi Field and the South Field Lot for a fee with the exception of the dates when the Mets are playing at home. During conflict dates public parking will relocate to various lots throughout Flushing Meadows/Corona Park. These are numbered as lots 1 through 6. AVOID EXTENSIVE DELAYS & USE MASS TRANSIT! What are the general rules of Arthur Ashe Stadium?
Arthur Ashe Stadium day and evening session tickets entitle customer to a reserved seat in Arthur Ashe Stadium for that session (day or evening) only. It also allows general admission access to all court and stadium matches for that session on a first-come, first-served basis. Evening session tickets allow access beginning at 6:00PM. Reserved tickets for Louis Armstrong Stadium are sold only for the first eight (8) day sessions and the first six (6) evening sessions. A reserved ticket entitles you to a reserved seat in Louis Armstrong Stadium and allows admission to Grandstand and field courts based on availability. A reserved Louis Armstrong ticket does not allow entrance into Arthur Ashe Stadium. Reserved tickets for Grandstand are sold only for the first six (6) day sessions. A reserved Grandstand ticket does not allow entrance into Arthur Ashe Stadium. Grounds admission tickets (sold by date) allow access to the National Tennis Center grounds including all court and stadium matches, EXCEPT Arthur Ashe Stadium. Grounds admission tickets allow access beginning at 9:30AM. We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that the safety of our patrons is our highest priority. In conjunction with federal, state and local authorities, we will have several important security measures in place at the US Open. All patrons will go through a screening process at the entry gates. There will be a limit of one bag per person admitted on to the grounds. All bags are subject to search and cannot be larger than 12"W x 12"H x 16"L. There will be no bag storage on the grounds. For a nominal charge, there is a bag storage facility outside the grounds. We recommend that ticketed fans allow extra time to enter the grounds. The existing policy of prohibiting knapsacks/backpacks, glass bottles or cans, coolers, video cameras/recording devices or any items deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate remains in effect. Most of the security measures being deployed will not be visible to fans. Rest assured, the US Open will be a safe, secure environment. For further information, visit: usopen.org
Are children allowed?
Everyone ages 2 and up needs a ticket. Children under 2 are free and do not need a ticket.
