The entire store isusually neat & clean. One ofthe best Walgreens inChicago. Ilove itso much, Myfavorite dpt isthe pharmacy! Everyone Imean each ofthem are friendly, knowledgeable, precise & they get the job done quickly. Thank you all somuch. Incase you don't hear itenough.

Thumbs all the way down for this store especially the pharmacy Ipick upmedication monthly here and the pharmacy techs are rude and always rushing when they should not doso dealing with medication. God forbid that you may need COVID testing they ARE NOHELP ATALL tohelp you set upan appointment toget tested online. Sad situation this Walgreens can put you injust sad

This location does what they want, staff does not open ontime. Unprofessional management doesn’t acknowledge the Walgreens values. Does not recommend they location.

The pharmacy seems not tocare about the health and needs ofthe costumers. I've been trying toget avery important prescription filled for the past 3weeks. Iask them toplease call the clinic but they don't want too which Idon't understandwhy. I'm the middle man trying toget mypoint and urgency across tothem and the clinic. All this can beresolved ifthey just call. I've been coming here for years but only for mine but with myother family members and itwasn't always this horrible. Ihonestly don't know what happen with them. It's disappointing.… – show

Too many homeless standing out side ofthe store. Very annoying and has anunsafe feeling. Imean it’s Chicago not like it’s safe anyway thank goodness I’m not from Chicago and iwas only visiting Ican’t believe people choose tolive here.Sad.

Begged togo tothe bathroom, even offered tobuy something and the manager was very rude and refused.
I even mentioned that Ihad been driving anhour and needed todrive another hour but couldn't find anything open.
Can't even believe that that happened!00

Walgreens isfairly anice store onthe inside but they allow too many panhandlers tocongregate infront oftheir store. You don't know ifthe homeless people may rob you orwhat trying toenter the store. Inside ofthe store, they don't have enough workers tohandle the consumer traffic onthe inside for check-out and they need towork onaccurate pricing and charging consumers correct prices.
