It's been a while, but here's my latest #WhatWouldYouDo:You manage the customer service department and realize you need AI to analyze 100% of your calls. However, your agents aren't just using voice—they're on WhatsApp, email, even Instagram DMs. You need a solution that covers all these channels. Good news: there’s software that assesses 100% of interactions across both text and voice.
