The good, the bad and the ugly - I'm talking about excuses 💥Organisations often have a great wish to innovate, but fail to work with innovation on a more strategic level.This was one of the exciting topics discussed a chilly afternoon a couple of weeks ago at BLOXHUB. A bunch of cool people from nlmtd (DK) facilitated a workshop where we explored the excuses and disconnects that lead to lagging innovation and the tools to mitigate this. 🗨️ nlmtd (DK):"Many excuses exist for not using innovation as a strategic tool to create new value for customers.They mostly revolve around missing pieces: Lack of resources - lack of skills - lack of time. But if we dig a little deeper, we find that we can explain most excuses with what we might call a "disconnect" in the fabric of the organisation. We're tacitly aware of the disconnects, we can even talk about it informally over a coffee or a drink, but the conversation deserves a lot more attention because if management doesn't know about it how can they manage it?Thanks for the invitation, guys ✨ In the spirit of connections, a lot of new ones were made - as well as re-connections with old ones #mobilelifefamily.
