New Spa Bathroom

Our house is 12 years old. Includes a large master bath. The current fixtures include a (small single) corner shower stall, a large corner jacuzzi tub (which is in immaculate condition, so we may keep it for budgeting purposes), double sink vanity, and a toilet. There is a skylight, a window and some glass cubes to let lots of natural light in. The window and the cubes are on the same wall (between the shower and the jacuzzi) The jacuzzi is a corner tub and has a step up to the box. The steps are all around the tub (three sides).

Our ideal bathroom would be a spa inspired one. Tiles. The sq ft is about 140 sq ft, lots of space to work with. We would like a larger shower (as the shower now looks lost in the space, and there's lots of potential in that area) A steam shower would be fantastic, but may be too expensive. At least something with a built in seat and a rainshower system. We are not a huge fan of the minimalist look, and would want to have a warm and inviting bathroom to come home to and relax. A nice tub area would be ideal. Radiant floor heating present. Would like space for a towel warmer.

Toilet is currently in the third corner of the room (sharing wall with jacuzzi tub), and along the edge of existing wide vanity which spans the length of the room. The entrance to the room is on the other side of the vanity, which looks right at the shower stall.

Storage is important to us, cabinet spaces and perhaps room for some linens would be ideal.

Depending on the work that is done on this bathroom, we have another bathroom we would like to remodel, but that would depend on work and budget.

One master bathroom and one guest bathroom for complete rennovation in Richmond BC

The master bathroom is about 100 sqft and the guest bathroom is about 50 sqft. I have pictures and ideas of what I want, but I don't mind purchasing similar materials or alternatives through a contractor for budget and convenience. I'm looking for a modern design with a dark palette. I would also need help with ripping out tiles on the floors and walls, and plumbing and installation of toilets (with bidets), showers, vanities, and sinks. I'm also the property owner of this condominium unit.

During September, I am looking for contractors that are willing to take the job and purchase all necessary materials. First come, first serve. In October, I want to start the installation process and have both bathrooms done by November or December. The deadline is flexible as I'm aware that contractors are very busy during this time.

Rennovate Main and Master bathrooms

31 year old house with original bathroom design and fixtures. We would like to semi-gut both bathrooms and put in all new fixtures, tile shower, vanieties and new floors (tile or lino). Some reinforcement to structure may be needed due to water damage from original tile. For the main bathroom, we'd like to move the toilet to a different area and build a new seperate tiled shower.

Looking for experience, trustworthy contractor with a focus on quality workmanship. We are in this house long-term and have very young children so the quality must last. We are working within a defined budget and would like the work to start and finish relatively quickly to accomodate our family.

Please contact me via Email (edwardtien@shaw.ca) or cell (6046171151) if you require additional info or want pictures.
